Why is the online store sometimes closed?
We may close online ordering so we do not become backlogged. Much of the equipment is hand-built after an order is received.
How do I check whether a device is available?
Email us or message us on Facebook. We can tell you current availability and estimated build time.
Where can I find equipment manuals?
Use the Equipment Support page. It includes a search box for model numbers and product names.
Is the EAD available for purchase?
No. The Environmental Anomaly Detector is presently a Boo's Paranormal prototype and is not for sale.
What is the RW-2?
The RW-2 is continued development of the RW spirit-detector platform that follows the RW-1. Current public product information can be added as the RW-2 design is finalized.
